Counting Tree to fit all tables !

Our counting tree insert is great for teaching, counting, adding, subtraction. The included pompoms make it perfect for practicing their fine motor skills and great for sensory play! This insert has so many ways to play and learn and is great for all ages. This insert includes-

- Tree table insert with white acrylic to write on (basic numbers or use for addition and subtraction practice).

- 20 Mini red pompoms.

- 10 Mini yellow pompoms.

Ideas for use:

- Write a number on the white board, place the amount "apples" (red pompoms) on the holes, count as you go, then count again and push the little apples through holes with your finger or a toy bird like his eating the apples!

- For subtraction, write the equation on the white board example 5-2 = then place 5 apples on the tree over the holes, to subtract "2" push 2 apples (red pompoms) through the holes, count the apples left!

- For addition, write the equation on the white board example 5 + 5 = then place 5 red apples (red pompoms) on the tree over the holes, place anther 5 yellow lemons (pompoms) on the tree over the holes count how many in total are now on the tree for you answer (10)

- Simply place all the pompoms on the tree and push them through the holes to help with fine motor skills

- Go for a little nature walk and collet some flowers, leaves etc, go back home and feed them through the holes on the tree to decorate the tree. You could use this set up with talks about the season.
