Aboriginal symbols were used as a form of communication used by our first nation people for thousands of years.

Still to this day we teach and express our stories through symbols in art handed down to our children

puzzle pieces  can also be used for story telling and drawing ... imprinting into sand ... play dough tracing around and so  much more !

like how our first nation people would engrave symbols into sticks and other wooden objects to leave a message or tell a story. This was their form of communication ..
